Are your frames guaranteed, and if so far how long?

we provide aone-year warrantythat covers all framework and recliner mechanisms. Your delivery note serves as your official proof of purchase and warranty document, so please keep it for your records. Please note that this guarantee does not cover leather damage, stitching issues, or general wear and tear. To keep your furniture in top condition and protect your warranty.

What happen if i don’t like my goods when it arrives?

We really hope this does not happen, but if this unfortunately the case, Please Note check your goods before signing the delivery note and if you unhappy with your items please return back with the same delivery team.
